^{LESSON SCHEDULE
I will be scheduling lessons Mondays thru Fridays and will be following the Sharon Public School Calendar. Lessons will begin on September 8, 2009 and will end on June 11, 2010. The weeks of June 14 and 21 will be reserved for make up lessons. There will be no regularly scheduled lessons on the following dates:

Nov. 11
Nov. 25 - 27
Dec 24-Jan 1
Jan 18
Feb 15 - 19
Apr. 2
Apr. 19 - 23

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payments will be due quarterly on your lesson day the weeks of:
Sept. 8
Nov .16
Feb. 1
Apr. 12
The amount of each payment will reflect the number of lesson days in that quarter and will vary because of school holidays. A detailed payment schedule will be give to you prior to the first lesson.

LATE PAYMENT FEE
Payment is due at the beginning of the lesson on the above designated dates. If payment is not received by the end of that week, a $15 late fee will be added to your payment due.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND MAKEUP POLICY
Your child's weekly lesson time has been reserved just for them for the entire school year. The student, parent and I commit to this scheduled lesson time each week. I will allow for 2 make up or rescheduled lessons per school year with the following guidelines: If you cannot make your regularly scheduled lesson time and notify me by 9:00am the day of the lesson, I will make up or reschedule the lesson. Any further requests to makeup or reschedule a lesson beyond the allowed 2 will be honored at my discretion. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made after 9:00 am the day of the lesson, and missed lessons with no advance notice are not eligible for a makeup or to be rescheduled and you will not receive a refund. I have reserved the weeks of June 14 and 21 for make up lessons that have not been completed earlier in the school year. No refunds will be given for any cancelled lessons.

 EXCEPTIONS
Any lessons that I cancel will be made up or refunded.
Additional make up lessons will be given for:
Hazardous driving conditions due to inclement weather
Students attending private schools with vacation weeks different from the public school calendar
Band/Orchestra concerts -please let me know well in advance as these concerts are scheduled in the beginning of the school year.
